PFAS – often termed “forever chemicals” due to their persistence in the environment – are increasingly found at a variety of sites and can create real impacts for the real estate community, whether for buyers, sellers, or developers. You need to understand the regulatory environment, so you can properly conduct your due diligence in real estate matters.
